Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert on Zero Trust architecture across cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Work with sales and engineering to feed technical insight into the product roadmap.
- Lead conversations with customers at every level about Zero Trust security trends, strategy, and rollout.
- Run customer proof-of-value engagements with sales engineers to show what Zscaler can do.
- Spot competitive advantages and position Zscaler as the best choice.
What you need
- Has a basic understanding of AI/ML and has applied it to security solutions before.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or has equivalent experience.
- Has 5+ years in technical sales, systems engineering, or enterprise security architecture.
- Has hands-on experience with security, networking, and applications on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Presents and communicates well with everyone from practitioners to executives.
Good to have
- Has designed security frameworks or access controls for AI/ML workloads or LLM data pipelines in the cloud.
- Is familiar with Zscaler's ZIA and ZPA or similar SSE/SASE/cloud security solutions.
- Has delivered cloud-based solutions within a Zero Trust framework before.
