01 / START WITH THE WORK

What does your
next hire need to own?

A title is a starting point. The useful brief connects your business priorities with the work a person will actually do.

02 / THE INTRODUCTION

A name.
A reason to meet.
Questions to ask.

Each introduction should help your team decide what to explore in an interview.

  1. 01

    What they have owned.

The business, team or work behind the candidate’s experience.

  2. 02

Why it relates to your role.

The connection between that experience and your hiring brief.

  3. 03

What still needs to be tested.

The open questions your interview process should establish.

03 / HOW WE WORK

A search your team
can follow.

We agree the work before the search starts. Your team keeps the hiring decision.

  1. A team sharing the context for a discussion.01 / DEFINE

Clarify responsibilities, relevant experience and the interview questions that matter.

    Start the right conversations.

Reach relevant people, including those who are not actively applying.

  3. Two people reviewing priorities together.03 / REVIEW

Discuss introductions in the context of your role and continue through your interview process.

THE ENGAGEMENT

A clear scope.
Before the search.

You review the role, deliverables, search terms, fees and payment terms in writing before approving work.

Recruiting can stand alone. Employer branding and gathering pilots are agreed separately. Signet does not provide entity formation, payroll, legal advice or outsourced sales execution.

Discuss your Korea hire

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful
answers.

Can Signet help hire our first country manager in Korea?

Yes. We can scope a search for your first Korea leader. Start with the business priorities, what the person will own and the experience needed to lead the local team.

Which roles can we discuss?

Country management, GTM and commercial roles, and specialist positions your Korea team needs. We review the role and agree whether Signet is the right partner before starting.

Can we use recruiting without employer branding?

Yes. Recruiting can be scoped on its own. A Korean-language company story can be added separately when you need more context for candidates.

How long will a Korea search take?

Timing depends on the role, candidate market and your interview process. We discuss the search plan and review points when agreeing the scope; there is no fixed hiring-date promise.

Do we need a Korean entity before we talk?

You can discuss a role while still exploring Korea. Signet does not provide entity formation, payroll or legal advice. Employment arrangements need the appropriate separate providers.

How are recruiting fees agreed?

You review the role, deliverables, fees, payment terms and any applicable search terms in writing before approving work. Requesting an intro call does not commit you to an engagement.
