- Acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategy around business goals with data-driven guidance.
- Runs core people cycles, including performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning, consistently across the organization.
- Resolves complex employee relations issues using sound judgment and knowledge of employment law.
- Builds and runs talent strategies for hiring, development, engagement, and retention using people data.
- Coaches leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and stronger leadership skills.
- Improves people processes continuously using HR systems and data to increase efficiency and scale.
What you need
- Has 10+ years of experience in HR or people partnering, supporting senior leaders in fast-growing or complex organizations.
- Has owned end-to-end people cycles such as performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Has handled complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and knowledge of employment law and risk.
- Has partnered with cross-functional leaders in global or regional settings.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field.
Good to have
- Advanced HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a plus.
- Experience at a high-growth technology or fintech company is a plus.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are a plus.
- Experience using HR systems and people data to drive decisions and process improvements is a plus.
