Responsibilities
- Resolves technical issues for APAC and China customers through explanations, sample code, and payment log checks.
- Works with developers and internal teams on post-integration issues and best-practice guidance.
- Finds areas where the product is not working as expected and drives fixes with internal stakeholders.
- Works with internal teams to find the cause of system failures and deliver solutions.
- Coordinates the resolution process during system failure incidents.
- Helps build tools, systems, and processes that improve productivity and product reliability.
What you need
- Has 3+ years managing technical support engineers in the APAC and China region.
- Has 5+ years in customer-facing technical support.
- Holds a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Can work with REST, JSON, HTTP, HTTPS, and SQL, and knows common HTTP errors and fixes.
- Has proven experience troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Has enough technical knowledge to communicate with software development teams.
- Is familiar with the process for escalating and coordinating resolution of system incidents.
- Communicates excellently in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
Good to have
- Has technical knowledge of Python or Go.
- Knows monitoring tools such as ELK, Splunk, or Loki.
- Has experience in e-commerce, payments, or fintech.
