Responsibilities
- Define customer challenges and optimize imaging-solution applications.
- Provide consulting, technical knowledge, escalation support and new-product evaluations.
- Quantify imaging issues, establish root causes and improve scanner output across functions.
- Coordinate sustaining escalations and document product value through evaluations and customer qualification.
- Coordinate technical communication with customers, local organizations and VHV development.
What you need
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, physics, optics, semiconductors or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of relevant semiconductor or technical experience.
- Analytical, customer-focused collaboration and the ability to discuss technical topics in English.
- Legal authorization to access controlled technology before starting work under US export regulations.
- Based in Cheongju, Korea; immediate controlled-technology eligibility may be prioritized.
Good to have
- Basic semiconductor manufacturing and equipment knowledge, particularly photolithography.
- Education, training or hands-on lithography, imaging, process or application engineering.
- Troubleshooting, data analysis, root-cause investigation and customer or global-team experience.
