- Lead complex laser/scanner manufacturing across work centers; drive safety, quality, delivery and operational performance, plan capacity/resources and coach technical and team leaders.
What you need
- The body states “Above Bachelor’s degree” in relevant engineering/physics/optics/mechatronics; fifteen or more years with laser, scanner or complex semiconductor equipment in manufacturing.
- Integration/lifecycle knowledge, people-management or technical leadership and resource planning; fluent English and Korean, technical/business judgement, influencing and coaching.
- Cymer Pyeongtaek factory; attach Korean/English resumes and introduction as one file. Employer bars duplicate applications and modifications after submission.
- Legal authorization to access the controlled technology under US export rules is required before starting work.
