Responsibilities
- Manage housing, company fleet and badge operations in Korea, ensuring efficient daily services.
- Coordinate vehicle requests, fleet maintenance, insurance, accident administration, vendor management and employee support.
- Administer badge issuance, access authorization, replacement, collection and destruction.
- Maintain operational records, inventory, compliance documentation and reporting; manage PR/PO activities, invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on compliance and security, and improve efficiency, service quality and cost effectiveness.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, workplace services, fleet management, housing administration, badge administration or a related field.
- Strong vendor and contract management skills, and understanding of compliance and security requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization and operational troubleshooting skills, with accountability and ownership.
- Business-level English communication.
