Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to create accurate quotations aligned with product terms and conditions and approved pricing.
- Validate incoming POs against DST-approved preconditions and quotation terms for financial and operational compliance.
- Book sales orders in SAP for global customers based on validated POs and quotations, ensuring timely, accurate processing.
- Validate SOX controls with Invoicing and Finance Operations before system shipment.
- Maintain sales orders and update BOM configurations in SAP for product changes and accurate revenue recognition.
- Analyze order-to-cash processes and propose improvements aligned with customer demand and internal and external compliance.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree, open to all majors.
- 3–5 years in Finance, Order Operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of financial compliance, SOX internal controls and end-to-end customer sales processes.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate with global stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
- Accuracy with business-critical documents, fast learning, business acumen and the ability to identify essential requirements and operational risks.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- One-year contract based in Dongtan, South Korea. Duplicate applications across ASML roles and changes after submission are not allowed. Submit a single file containing the resume, including an English resume, and self-introduction.
- This role requires access to controlled technology under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Candidates must be legally authorized to access it before starting; business demands may require proceeding with immediately eligible candidates.
Good to have
- A background in Finance or a related field.
