Responsibilities
- Own supplier quality and technical process performance, including lower-tier suppliers; drive SPC, lean/FMEA, testing, yield and process improvements and resolve material-availability escalations.
What you need
- Bachelor or master in optics, mechanical or industrial engineering; ten to twenty years in a similar role.
- Production supply-chain processes, supplier improvement projects and relationships, optics and/or ceramics manufacturing; analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Korean; possible travel based on supplier scope. The role reports to the Asia Supply Chain Quality & Logistics group leader.
- Legal authorization to access the controlled technology under US export rules is required before starting work.
Good to have
- High-tech supply-chain improvement is preferred; supply-chain logistics management experience is a plus.
