Responsibilities
- Lead CS SKH service-quality initiatives, coach quality stakeholders, identify operating gaps and coordinate corrective action and quality projects.
What you need
- Bachelor or master in a listed engineering/physics or related discipline; at least five years as a quality or process engineer.
- Fact/data analysis, project management or process deployment in semiconductor or related quality work; poka-yoke, QC tools, SPC, A3/8D, lean and Six Sigma improvement experience.
- Stakeholder communication, independent teamwork, change leadership and influencing through trust; flexibility for travel to other sites/countries up to 20%.
- Legal authorization to access the controlled technology under US export rules is required before starting work.
Good to have
- QMS ISO9001/IATF16949 or product/process risk management; good MS Office knowledge.
