Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft real estate and commercial contracts.
- Structure and run deals for restaurant partnerships, leases, property acquisitions and disposals, and procurement.
- Negotiate commercial contracts with customers, including large enterprises.
- Help set up and run corporate entities across APAC markets.
- Manage outside counsel work and its spend.
- Cover the full range of APAC legal needs: commercial, corporate, litigation, employment, real estate, data privacy, and IP.
What you need
- Is licensed to practice law in a jurisdiction where the company operates, including Singapore.
- Has 5 to 10 years at a law firm and/or in-house, including real estate work in a fast-growing environment.
- Has negotiated commercial contracts, ideally across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
- Is fluent in English.
Good to have
- Has used legal AI tools or legal technology platforms.
- Speaks Mandarin or Traditional Chinese.
