- Surveys Korean demand across onchain finance, token markets, cross-border payments, and enterprise adoption.
- Develops ecosystem relationships and keeps compliant records of stakeholder interactions.
- Gives commercial teams the market and regulatory context needed to sequence expansion and pipeline work.
- Carries local feedback to product, solutions, and operations partners.
- Tracks policy changes and engagement activity so Korea strategy stays grounded in current conditions.
What you need
- Brings at least 13 years in business development or geographic expansion.
- Has produced measurable growth in fintech, payments, digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
- Has scaled complex partnerships with sales, product, technical, and business development teams.
- Has worked at senior level with public officials or regulatory bodies.
- Understands stablecoins, DeFi, crypto markets, and institutional money flows in depth.
- Works professionally in both Korean and English.
Good to have
- Experience operating a fast-growing fintech or blockchain business in Korea or nearby markets
- Experience creating repeatable operating systems for several markets
- Leadership experience with geographically distributed teams
