What you will do

Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, map customer infrastructure, and scope PoCs against Cloudflare architectures.
Prepare tailored technical presentations, architecture diagrams, and demos that show how Cloudflare solves the customer's problem.
Oversee onboarding and implementation, design migration and onboarding blueprints, and guide the customer's engineering team through them.
Watch customer health scores and usage data to catch risk early and speed up time-to-value.
Own a quota tied to new business and account growth, surface cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and lead quarterly business reviews.
Use AI agents and large language models to automate routine tasks and free up time for customer advisory work.

Brings 7+ years in customer-facing technical work, roles like sales engineering, professional services, or customer engineering.
Can whiteboard and explain complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Can translate technical detail into business terms that executives can act on.
Has carried a revenue-aligned or quota-carrying role before.
Solid skills in at least four of: internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI use, coding, or developer platform tooling.

Has built and delivered technical enablement content, such as workshops or sample code, before.
