Responsibilities
- Hire and develop architecture teams across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia and jointly own regional technical wins and the sales number.
- Guide regulated customers through cloud, hybrid, on-premises and air-gapped AI architecture and executive discussions.
- Bring regional requirements to Product and Engineering and build architectures, rollout plans and repeatable solution practices.
What you need
- At least fifteen years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting or enterprise architecture.
- This must include at least seven years of customer-facing technical team leadership and a record of developing senior staff and leaders.
- Technical-organization experience across multiple APAC markets, executive relationships and hiring and coaching results.
- Hands-on AI deployment into production and delivery in complex, regulated or large enterprise environments.
- Commercial experience moving strategic deals with Sales and explaining business value and architecture to executives.
Good to have
- Building AI, machine learning or data science inside a large regulated enterprise and taking it into production.
- Regional financial-services, telecoms or public-sector depth and customer-controlled or air-gapped deployment experience.
- Working proficiency in a regional language in addition to English.
- Repeatable solution practices and cross-functional work in high-growth environments.
