Responsibilities
- Leads a team of Legal Engineers in Singapore and sets performance standards for a high-trust team culture.
- Owns the quality and consistency of demos, discovery conversations, and deal support.
- Partners with Account Executives and GTM leadership to shape strategy and support conversion on complex or strategic deals.

- Has strong communication skills from running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions.
