Responsibilities
- Take charge of a group of enterprise accounts and get them actually using Mistral's products.
- Watch account health from the start of onboarding to catch risk early and prevent churn.
- Work with Sales to spot expansion opportunities and pass what customers say back to the product team.
- Run training for customers and meet with them regularly to check on progress.
- Help with renewal and expansion talks while coordinating across internal teams.
What you need
- More than five years in a role that deals directly with customers.
- Has managed enterprise client relationships through adoption and long-term retention.
- Can hold a technical conversation with data, IT, and engineering teams.
- Comfortable shaping a message differently for technical staff versus senior leaders.
Good to have
- Some familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts.
