Company: Sell big-platform ad prediction to every app, retailer and streamer on the open internet.
Role: Same work as the core ML engineer role: deep learning models, training pipelines and production serving.

What you will do

Build and improve deep learning models for CTR and CVR prediction and ranking.
Build and maintain training and serving data pipelines using GCP tools such as Dataflow, BigQuery, and BigTable, plus Apache Beam, PySpark, and Iceberg.
Support production model serving, watch how models behave in the live environment, and help debug and improve quality.
Design and run offline experiments, defining evaluation metrics and testing hypotheses.
Partner with fellow machine learning engineers, applied scientists, and infrastructure engineers to take projects from start to finish.

Hold an MS or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
Understand core machine learning concepts such as model selection, loss function design, and offline evaluation.
Have a solid grounding in statistics and probability, including hypothesis testing, maximum likelihood estimation, and A/B test interpretation.
Have experience building or contributing to data pipelines or model serving systems.
Are proficient in at least one language such as Python, Java, or Go.
Communicate fluently in English.
