Responsibilities
- Sets and executes Korea market strategy for institutional and retail adoption of Monad.
- Finds, negotiates, and closes strategic agreements with Korean enterprises and institutions.
- Builds durable relationships across exchanges, corporates, media, and public bodies.
- Develops partnerships around payments, tokenized assets, real-world assets, and capital markets.
- Adjusts priorities and positioning as Korean regulation and market behavior evolve.
What you need
- Has at least eight years in business development, including three or more in blockchain or Web3.
- Has substantial experience partnering or selling with major Korean companies and institutions.
- Understands both institutional and retail participants and can engage each group credibly.
- Can read Korean regulatory direction and enterprise crypto strategy.
- Explains stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain technology through practical enterprise use cases.
- Communicates at native level in Korean and English.
Good to have
- Experience leading Korea entry for a Web3 company
- Strong relationships with Korean exchanges, regulators, and crypto media
- Early-stage experience spanning company building, launches, and operations
