Responsibilities
- Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, running PoCs, workshops, presentations, and training on GPU cloud technology.
- Understands customer business needs to design matching solution architecture and write infrastructure-as-code and how-to documentation.
- Helps customers optimize pipeline performance and scalability to use cloud resources efficiently.
- Serves as the single point of expertise on customer scenarios for product, support, and marketing teams.
- Supports marketing efforts at events such as hackathons, conferences, and webinars.
What you need
- Has 5+ years as a cloud solutions architect, systems/network engineer, developer, or similar technical role.
- Has strong hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible, Kubernetes, and Python.
- Has a solid understanding of GPU computing and the GPU software stack, including CUDA and OpenCL.
- Has excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Can work remotely from Singapore.
Good to have
- Has hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm or Kubeflow.
- Has hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Has a solid understanding of the cloud ML tools landscape from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, or Google.
