Responsibilities
- Takes charge of getting server and GPU gear procured, end to end, for new data center construction.
- Negotiates directly with OEM/ODM vendors.
- Builds dashboards and reports to keep tasks on track within deadlines.
- Manages cost optimization, supply constraints, and vendor escalations.
- Coordinates closely with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
- Supports uninterrupted data center operations after go-live through proactive stock planning and urgent procurement.
What you need
- Has 5+ years of experience in server/data center hardware procurement.
- Has direct experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers.
- Has strong negotiation skills, with a history of securing supply and favorable terms in constrained markets.
- Has experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Can quickly understand technical infrastructure requirements.
- Has working proficiency in English.
Good to have
- Has hands-on GPU procurement experience.
- Has experience in hyperscale or AI infrastructure environments.
- Is familiar with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
