- Works with Korea business leaders, coaching them and suggesting actions based on organizational insight.
- Runs global programs as they are and builds Korea specific interventions only when truly needed.
- Supports managers from behind the scenes and influences them to own their team's performance and health.
- Uses data to guide people decisions and ties them to business results.
- Advises function leaders and managers directly on complex HR issues.
- Finds the root cause of labor relations issues, builds a response strategy, and guides labor standards with other teams.
What you need
- Has 10 plus years of progressive HR experience in media or tech, including time as an HR business partner.
- Understands Korea labor law well.
- Is fluent in both English and Korean.
Good to have
- A background in organizational development is a plus.
