- Manage a portfolio of startup accounts and run comprehensive account management strategy.
- Partner with AI deployment engineers to land successful technical engagements with startups.
- Own consumption and contracted revenue targets and manage revenue forecasts.
- Analyze key account metrics and share insights with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work across solutions, marketing, business operations, product, and engineering teams.
- Advocate for startups by gathering and relaying product feedback to improve their experience.
What you need
- 7 to 12 years selling platform-as-a-service, cloud, or API products.
- Experience in the startup ecosystem as a founder, employee, or close partner to startup customers.
- Direct experience working with C-level executives and founders.
- Able to translate technical ideas so customers and internal stakeholders both understand them.
- Mandarin language ability.

- Skill at gathering and distilling market intelligence across industries, competitors, and customers.
- A track record of understanding customer priorities deeply and becoming a trusted advisor.
