Responsibilities
- Own technical enablement of OpenAI products including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and the API.
- Lead customer training and enablement across the full lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion and long-term adoption.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs such as onboarding sessions, advanced trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops.
- Drive customer activation and measurable value through structured enablement and deployment programs.
- Partner with Sales, AI Success Engineers, Solutions Engineering, and Product for a seamless handoff.
- Build reusable training assets and playbooks, and relay customer feedback from training engagements to internal stakeholders.
What you need
- 4+ years in customer-facing or instructional roles, engaging executive and senior technical audiences.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills that make technical concepts clear to executive audiences.
- Strong technical depth across coding, agents, and APIs, with practical understanding of RAG, evaluation, and fine-tuning tradeoffs.
- Experience designing and leading structured technical trainings such as API bootcamps or workshops.
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to concrete business outcomes such as productivity, cost reduction, or risk mitigation.
