Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships, account plans, milestones, adoption priorities and expansion alongside Account Directors.
- Discover and prioritize use cases; design architectures covering models, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation and deployment.
- Guide evaluations and prototypes, build technical champions, coordinate delivery teams and track production adoption and customer impact.
- Share field insights and reusable architectures with Product, Engineering and Research.
- Full time. Based in Seoul, in office three days a week, paired with an Account Director; relocation support available.
What you need
- The suitable profile includes substantial customer-facing technical experience and guiding enterprise clients from evaluation to production and measurable impact.
- Software and cloud architecture foundations across APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security and privacy; modern AI and LLM understanding.
- Prototype with APIs, SDKs and Python or JavaScript; explain tradeoffs to engineers and senior business and technical leaders.
- Plan technical accounts and complex portfolios; bring relevant industry expertise or digital-native fluency and clear cross-functional ownership.
