Responsibilities
- Acts as the lead technical partner responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Meets with executives and technical teams to find the highest-priority use cases.
- Designs AI adoption architecture covering models, data integration, security, evaluation, and deployment.
- Guides customers from evaluation and demos through prototypes to full adoption.
- Coordinates with deployment, implementation, and training specialists to bring in the right support.
- Tracks each customer's adoption and health, stepping in early when risks appear.
What you need
- Has long experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership.
- Has guided enterprise customers from technical evaluation through to production use.
- Has a strong foundation in software and cloud architecture, including APIs, distributed systems, and security.
- Understands modern AI systems such as LLMs and agentic applications.
- Can build prototypes and work directly with APIs and SDKs in Python or JavaScript.
Good to have
- Has deep expertise in a relevant industry or with digital-native companies.
- Can turn complex situations into a clear action plan for both engineers and executives.
