Responsibilities
- Act as the long term technical advisor and relationship owner for a named portfolio of customers.
- Own the technical account plan and roadmap while partnering with account directors on overall strategy.
- Run discovery with executives and technical teams to find and prioritize use cases with real business impact.
- Design concrete AI architectures spanning models, data, security, and deployment.
- Lead technical evaluations, workshops, and prototypes that build confidence toward production use.
- Build trust with CTOs, CIOs, and engineering teams while tracking adoption and account health over time.
What you need
- Substantial background in customer facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical customer success.
- Experience guiding large enterprise customers from technical evaluation through production and measured impact.
- Strong foundation in software and cloud architecture, including APIs, distributed systems, data integration, and security.
- Able to prototype and work hands on with APIs using languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Good to have
- Deep understanding of modern AI systems, frontier language models, agentic applications, and evaluation methods.
- Strong expertise in a specific industry or a solid grasp of digital native businesses.
