- Helps innovative startup customers build API based products from idea to scale as a technical thought partner.
- Proactively advises customers on ways to maximize business impact and speed up development.
- Experiments and builds prototypes together with customers.

- Gathers customer feedback and delivers it to the product and research teams.
- Builds relationships with both individual customers and the wider startup community.
What you need
- Has worked for 5 or more years as a software engineer or a machine learning engineer.
- Is skilled in Python and JavaScript with a solid grasp of AI and LLM practices.
- Has built and shipped prototypes on the company's own API platform.
- Speaks both Japanese and English fluently.
Good to have
- Startup experience, such as being a founder or an early engineer, is a plus.
