Responsibilities
- Design repeatable enterprise enablement for ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
- Own onboarding, expansion and optimization programs that improve activation, sustained usage and business value.
- Deliver executive briefings, advanced training, hackathons and hands-on workshops.
- Partner with sales, architects and delivery; create reusable materials and playbooks.
- Act as a product SME, enable colleagues, identify emerging use cases and relay customer feedback.
What you need
- 6+ years in customer-facing, enablement or instructional work with executive, business and technical enterprise audiences.
- Excellent presentation and communication of practical AI value to senior leaders. Seoul hybrid: three office days weekly; relocation assistance available.
- Fluency in ChatGPT, Agents and the broader OpenAI ecosystem and practical enterprise workflows.
- Experience designing learning journeys and delivering live workshops with real-time adaptation.
- Ability to turn customer patterns into scalable adoption approaches and concrete productivity, efficiency, cost, risk or revenue outcomes.
- Humility, curiosity, commitment to others’ success and safe, responsible AI development.
