Responsibilities
- Own discovery, scoping, design, full-stack builds and production rollouts across strategic customer deployments.
- Embed with customer teams, guide adoption, sequence delivery, remove blockers and adjust scope, speed and quality tradeoffs.
- Measure production adoption and workflow impact; turn evaluation and field feedback into reusable tools and product and research improvements.
- Full time. Seoul, 3 office days a week; 50% travel expected; relocation support.
What you need
- The suitable profile includes 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment with customer-facing work, and scoping and delivering complex systems.
- Write and review production frontend and backend code with Python, JavaScript or comparable stacks; build or deploy LLM or generative-model systems.
- Make sound decisions under pressure, communicate with technical and customer teams, spot risks early and respond calmly.
