- Owns technical delivery for multiple deployments, from early prototype through to stable production.
- Builds full-stack systems that deliver real value to customers.
- Works closely embedded with customer teams to understand needs and drive adoption.

- Writes code directly when it is needed to keep pace and quality on track.
- Feeds field learnings back to research and product teams to shape improvements.
What you need
- Has 5 or more years of hands-on engineering work, including technical deployments involving direct customer contact.
- Has taken complex systems from scope to delivery inside messy, fast-changing environments.
- Can write and review production code in Python, JavaScript or a similar stack.
- Has hands-on experience building or shipping products that run on LLMs or generative models.
