Responsibilities
- Hire and grow a group of AI deployment engineers who support enterprise clients.
- Take ownership of how well those clients design, build, and run their AI systems in production.
- Guide the team through calls on architecture, model choice, evaluation, and reliability.
- Step in as the senior technical contact during major incidents, tricky integrations, and high-stakes client moments.
- Team up with Sales and Solutions Engineering so the client experience stays consistent end to end.
- Turn patterns in client problems into concrete feedback for Product and Engineering.
What you need
- Has led customer-facing technical teams, such as deployment engineers or solutions architects, for several years.
- Has run teams that shipped complex software or AI systems inside large companies.
- Technical enough to judge architecture choices and coach engineers through tough calls.
- Has taken AI or ML projects from a first prototype all the way to production.
- Understands what production systems need, including uptime, security, and data governance.
Good to have
- Has worked with clients in complex fields such as chipmaking, media, or entertainment.
- Has supported regulated industries or large, multi-team transformation projects.
