Responsibilities
- Define and drive manufacturing test strategy for boards, trays, and system-level hardware.
- Develop and manage test coverage for ICT, functional test, tray-level test, and system manufacturing test.
- Work with electrical, system, and diagnostic software teams to define and review test requirements and scripts.
- Partner with contract manufacturers, system integrators, and equipment vendors to build and qualify test stations and production workflows.
- Analyze test results, yield, and failure data to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare test specifications and validation plans to ensure manufacturing test readiness for new products.
What you need
- A bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or manufacturing engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or NPI test development.
- Experience with ICT, functional test, or tray/chassis-level test on servers or AI accelerators.
- Experience deploying production test solutions with contract manufacturers, system integrators, or test equipment vendors.
Good to have
- Experience with server, AI accelerator, networking, or data center hardware.
- Experience with Python or Bash scripting, Linux-based diagnostics, or test automation software.
- Experience supporting high-volume production ramps in Asia or other global manufacturing sites.
- Understanding of DFT principles and how they affect yield and debugging.
- Experience with failure analysis and corrective action processes in manufacturing.
