Responsibilities
- Owns manufacturing quality from design through mass production for new hardware.
- Runs the full manufacturing build, centered on PCB and PCBA, through cabling and assembly.
- Works with design, ops, and supplier teams to set manufacturing standards and quality controls.
- Analyzes manufacturing data directly at each stage, from design to testing to production.
- Finds and applies new automation methods and test systems.
- Runs several projects at once while holding the line on schedule and quality.
What you need
- Has led complex projects from concept through mass production.
- Has driven new product introduction timelines and managed internal review cycles.
- Has managed quality and schedule at multinational manufacturers and suppliers.
- Knows PCB material selection, PCBA, BOM, assembly, and rework processes in depth.
- Has hands-on experience testing ultra-high-speed signals.

- Enjoys analyzing and presenting manufacturing test data.
