- Builds and runs a manufacturing quality program tied to global datacenter rollout schedules.
- Audits suppliers' production, testing, and delivery stages and pushes their performance higher.
- Tracks quality metrics to spot trends and refines processes, training, and controls.
- Sets up communication between manufacturing sites, datacenter design teams, and operations.
- Coaches supplier teams toward continuous improvement.
- Audits supplier sites for compliance and drives corrective action plans.
What you need
- Has ten or more years in manufacturing quality, supplier quality engineering, process improvement, or datacenter operations.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Has managed deliverables for complex projects or supplier programs.
Good to have
- Knows datacenter infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, and compute components.
- Has managed supplier performance for mission-critical facilities.
- Holds an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Quality Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Holds a PMP or similar project management certification.
- Has worked in high-volume manufacturing environments.
