Responsibilities
- Act as legal partner on business deals, partnerships, and operations across APAC.
- Give practical, business ready legal advice to Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
- Spot and resolve legal issues around commercial deals, product, regulation, and privacy.
- Build new processes for handling legal issues that support the company's growth.
- Watch regulatory shifts and compliance trends affecting AI and technology, and advise accordingly.
- Work with the global legal team to keep positions consistent across jurisdictions.
What you need
- 10+ years of experience in-house or at a technology-focused law firm.
- Strong background drafting and negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements.
- Works independently and makes sound judgment calls in an unstructured environment.
Good to have
- Australian or Korean qualified lawyer with enterprise sales and partnerships experience is a plus.
