Responsibilities
- Report to the Korea GM and align Korea operating strategy with APAC and global goals; prioritize initiatives and resources.
- Build KPIs, reporting cadences and scalable processes across consumer, product and partnerships; support market entry, readiness and partner operations.
- Coordinate global and regional leaders, own Korea delivery and build, lead and mentor the regional operations team and leadership bench.
- Full time. Based in Seoul, in office three days a week, reporting to the Korea General Manager.
What you need
- Substantial regional or international operating experience in fast-scaling complex companies, with work across markets, functions and business lines.
- Translate strategy into execution, build systems, processes, metrics and reporting, and support market expansion, readiness or regional growth.
- Lead across functions, influence senior global and regional stakeholders, and build and develop teams.
- Strong judgment, accountability, action orientation, comfort with ambiguity, integrity, collaborative leadership and clear written and verbal communication.
Good to have
- Korea experience is described as ideal within the multi-market operating background.
