Responsibilities
- Own delivery of projects with many moving parts end to end, and turn business goals into a roadmap with milestones.
- Run day to day execution, clear what is blocking progress, and adjust scope and priority on the fly.
- Embed with customer teams to map workflows and lead onboarding and change management for real deployments.
- Work with product and research so the right features land in time.
- Turn what works into reusable patterns and feed field learnings back into the product roadmap.
- Set baselines and KPIs, measure impact before and after rollout, and report results to executives.
What you need
- 7+ years leading customer facing technical delivery.
- Track record leading large, high stakes customer engagements that call for tight coordination and fast decisions.
- Thrives in high ambiguity and knows how to simplify complex, moving work.
- Moves between big picture thinking and execution detail, turning vague problems into shipped systems.
- Has shipped AI or large language model systems in production.
- Can translate technical detail for executives and is ready to travel to customer sites 25 to 50% of the time.
Good to have
- Deep expertise in a sector such as healthcare, energy, financial services, semiconductors or IT is a plus.
