Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing programs for servers, racks, and networking gear with regional partners.
- Own the plan from new product introduction through factory readiness, materials, and production ramp.
- Coordinate hardware, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Track manufacturing metrics such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates.
- Lead cross-team resolution of manufacturing and quality issues down to root cause.
- Prepare updates on production status, risk, and recovery plans for leadership.
What you need
- Has eight or more years in technical program management, manufacturing operations, or NPI.
- Has led hardware products from development through production ramp and sustaining operations.
- Has worked directly with ODMs, JDMs, contract manufacturers, or component suppliers.
- Has technical understanding of servers, storage, or networking hardware.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
- Can explain technical risk clearly to executives in writing and speech.
Good to have
- Has manufactured AI infrastructure, GPU servers, or data center equipment.
- Has supported manufacturing partners across Singapore, Southeast Asia, or Taiwan.
- Knows manufacturing quality methods such as FMEA, RCCA, or 8D.
- Has experience with factory test development or hardware validation.
- Has used SQL, Python, or BI tools to analyze manufacturing data.
