- Meet directly with clients to gather requirements and define project scope and timeline.
- Coordinate internal teams and outside vendors to deliver each project on budget and on schedule.
- Explain technical solutions during early sales conversations and support the review process.
- Document project progress and adjust budget or schedule when things change.
- Lead the project team and build trust with key stakeholders.
What you need
- Has worked in IT for more than three years.
- Has taken at least one offshore project through to completion.
- Speaks native-level Japanese and enough English to work with overseas technical teams.
- Has hands-on experience managing projects directly.
Good to have
- A PMP certification is a plus.
