Responsibilities
- Leads the OTC trading desk in Hong Kong and scales the team to 6-7 members.
- Sets desk performance targets, manages P&L, and improves trading strategy and operations.
- Works with sales, operations, risk, compliance, and technology to manage liquidity and trade lifecycle.
- Executes and manages voice and electronic trades, focused on G7 and Southeast Asian currency pairs.
- Strengthens relationships with institutional and corporate clients to grow flow and retention.
What you need
- Has spent 6 to 15 years trading or in sales trading roles at FX houses, securities firms, or payment companies.
- Active or recent SFC Type 1 license in Hong Kong.
- Experience executing G7 currencies and familiarity with key SEA currencies.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Good to have
- Experience with electronic FX execution systems or understanding of digital assets is a plus.
