Responsibilities
- Leads daily reconciliation of bank accounts, settlement systems, and blockchain transactions, catching and resolving breaks quickly.
- Investigates discrepancies in trade booking, confirmation, and settlement, and drives timely resolution with stakeholders.
- Proactively flags open risks and proposes mitigation actions.
- Works with technology and trading teams to automate reconciliation and roll out new tools.
- Handles trade booking, matching, and reconciliation for virtual asset and fiat products accurately and on time.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in trading operations or settlements at a financial institution or digital asset platform.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, cash and asset reconciliation, and operational risk controls.
Good to have
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or CAMS are a plus.
- Cantonese or Mandarin in addition to English is a plus.
