Responsibilities
- Grows OTC trading volume and revenue with B2B clients, payment institutions, and trading firms in Hong Kong.
- Sources and closes deals with payment institutions and commodity/forex trading firms.
- Manages existing accounts alongside proactive new client outreach.
- Supports crypto on/off-ramp and USDT settlement for institutional clients.
- Ensures all onboarding and trading activity meets regulatory and compliance standards.
What you need
- 2-3 years (junior) or 4-5+ years (senior) of sales experience in crypto OTC, Web3 payments, forex OTC, or commodity OTC.
- Is comfortable with how OTC logic works and knows the flow of USDT through crypto on-ramp and off-ramp channels.
- A verifiable track record of client assets or high trading volume.
- Business-level Mandarin and English.
Good to have
- An SFC Type 1 license is a plus.
