Responsibilities
- Propose and build solutions using PTC's standard features to meet each customer's goals.
- Study current workflows to find problems and design the process the customer should move toward.
- Run workshops to gather requirements and check that the results are accurate and complete.
- Lead the project deliverables from process analysis through to application design.
- Measure results after go live and keep refining operations while building trust with the customer.
What you need
- A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in information engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing design or production management, or in rolling out PLM, PDM, or ERP software.
- Communication skills strong enough to build customer trust.
- Native level Japanese and English good enough to read and write emails and documents.
