Responsibilities
- Leads adoption and rollout of AI enabled enterprise software tied to customer executive goals.
- Partners with resellers and system integrators to help manufacturing customers scope, budget, and blueprint DX projects.
- Builds long term trust with customer executives and drives high touch selling.
- Proactively visits existing and prospective accounts to uncover new business and expand contracts.
- Coordinates across channel, product specialist, technical, and customer success teams to move deals forward.
- Owns the full sales cycle, from spotting opportunities and building competitive proposals through negotiation and close.
What you need
- Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Has 3+ years selling enterprise software such as CAD, PLM, ALM, SLM, MES, or ERP.
- Has coordinated across multiple customer departments to close software deals.
- Understands manufacturing production processes well enough to sell into them.
- Has experience as a sales manager or team lead.
- Communicates in business level English.
Good to have
- Has a strong track record selling enterprise software, especially in PLM, ALM, or SLM.
- Has a hunter mindset and sharp instinct for finding new opportunities.
- Can build and execute plans toward business goals.
- Communicates and listens well in writing and in person.
- Has experience selling through partner channels.
