Responsibilities
- Takes part in license compliance work, including advisory support, usage reviews, and anti-piracy efforts.
- Reads contract terms and usage data with guidance from senior teammates, helping shape fair resolutions.
- Builds management reports and PowerPoint decks for stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinates with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations, tracking milestones and action items.
- Communicates in both English and Chinese, in writing and in meetings.
What you need
- Holds a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Can communicate professionally in both English and Chinese.
- Comfortable using office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
Good to have
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is a plus.
- Prior exposure to software licensing, compliance, audit, or risk work is a plus.
- Familiarity with data tools like Excel or Power BI is a plus.
