Responsibilities
- Manage implementation projects for PTC products such as CAD, PLM, IoT, and AR.
- Define and document project goals, scope, and stakeholders in line with the client's vision.
- Plan, lead, and report on projects that deploy PTC technology solutions.
- Manage quality, risk, and configuration.
- Work closely with the project team and PTC's internal teams on solution approach, deliverables, schedule, and risk.
- Support and coach new team members with a ramp-up plan.
What you need
- Has three or more years of experience leading projects or programs.
- Has functional implementation experience with systems like PDM, ERP, or CRM in manufacturing industries such as automotive, electronics, or machinery.
- Has strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Can lead people, processes, and objectives.
- Has business-level English and fluent Japanese.
Good to have
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronics design is a plus.
