Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for Japan's professional services business, driving bookings, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead accurate revenue forecasting and keep business performance on track.
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers and key programs.
- Ensure every project succeeds, including advisory services delivered through the partner network.
- Work with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams to support software deals.
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary services team across Japan.
What you need
- Communicates fluently in both Japanese and English at an executive level.
- Has experience in the software industry, ideally in professional services.
- Has experience spanning services pre-sales, project delivery, and large-scale deployments.
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM or business field.
- Has 10+ years in software or services, including people leadership and P&L management.
- Has worked with Japanese manufacturing customers and influenced executives successfully.
