- Study customer workflows to uncover pain points and inefficiencies.
- Present PTC solutions tailored to audiences from executives to technical staff.
- Configure and run demo environments built around customer data.
- Connect technical capability to customer problems to communicate real value.
- Respond systematically to RFIs and RFPs.
- Work with customer IT teams to support successful adoption and implementation.
What you need
- Experience in presales or complex software implementation for discrete manufacturing.
- Proficient in PLM and related technologies, able to explain and demo them to customers.
- Fluent in Japanese with working level spoken, read, and written English.
Good to have
- Experience with PTC products such as Windchill, Codebeamer, Creo, or ServiceMax.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python.
- Knowledge of web systems like HTTP, HTML, CSS, or REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure services or AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or FSM systems.
