Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business and technical challenges through discovery activities and workshops.
- Present and demonstrate PTC PLM solutions and give executive presentations.
- Support RFI/RFP responses and technical proposals, and lead or support POC and benchmark activities.
- Work with Sales, Services and Partners to find and manage technical risks early and build winning technical strategies.
- Present at customer seminars, webinars and conferences, sharing industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI, Digital Thread and Digital Twin.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PLM, CAD, ALM or related engineering software industries.
- Understanding of manufacturing and product development processes.
- Strong presentation, communication and customer engagement skills, and the ability to analyze customer challenges and propose effective technical solutions.
- Good English communication for meetings, presentations, email and collaboration with global teams.
Good to have
- Experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting or solution engineering, including demonstrations, workshops, RFP responses and POC/BMT activities.
- Experience with PLM solutions such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE, and in industries such as automotive, aerospace and defense or industrial equipment.
- Experience presenting at customer events, seminars or conferences, and a passion for customer engagement and business development rather than delivery or implementation roles.
