Responsibilities
- Work with customer architects and administrators to design and operate mission-critical applications on Kubernetes.
- Provide advanced escalation support to the technical support team on hard issues.
- Co-develop solutions with partners to widen ecosystem integration.
- Build demos, reference architectures, and best-practice material that show product value.
- Write Japanese-language technical documents such as deployment guides and operations manuals.
- Give expert technical guidance throughout adoption for strategic and enterprise accounts.
What you need
- Native-level Japanese with strong technical writing, plus working-level English.
- Deep knowledge of compute, storage, and container orchestration across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strength in at least one of Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher.
- Experience with DevOps automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins.
Good to have
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
